INSTRUCTIONS
1. PREPERE
For the success of your investigation, careful planning is needed. Begin by identifying your target audience and choosing three to five personas that are appropriate for your project. Create a simple research query, such as: How do your customers feel about unpacking and installing their router?

2. COLLECT INFORMATION
For your research project, collect relevant information.
Present studies, databases, trend databases, scientific journals, online sources, and literature are all available. Put yourself in the shoes of your clients. Check out your product or service on your own and get a sense of the pressure points and highlights. Use the methods mentioned in the method collection, such as mystery shopping.
3. ANALYZE YOUR FINDINGS
As many findings as possible should be collected and documented. B
Organize the findings by the underlying causes and group related ones together. C A customer journey map will aid in the organization of your findings. Similar findings should be treated as insights. Summarize them in a consize statement, such as a list of tasks to be completed, a list of desired outcomes, or a list of constraints. D Prioritize your ideas and add quotations, drawings, or pictures to them. This makes the findings more real and understandable.
