Customer service Safari entails getting the project team out into the field to conduct customer interviews. It gives you and your team the opportunity to get firsthand details about the clients, their viewpoints, and their desires
HOW TO USE
A service safari allows the team to meet and talk with current and prospective customers, as well as hear about their experiences firsthand. It will help you develop empathy for your customers. You converse with people in public during a service safari, such as on the street or in a shopping mall. Prepare questions ahead of time and role-play the interview scenario with coworkers. Inquire about people's opinions of a product or service during the safari, allow them to recount good and bad experiences, collect improvement ideas, and so on. For documentation, bring a notepad and pen, a microphone, and/or a dictaphone.
