Interviews
DESCRIPTION
Interviews are pre-planned conversations with consumers. They assist you in gaining a greater understanding of consumer attitudes, motivation, and the challenges and needs they face on a daily basis.
HOW TO USE
Make a list of main questions on whatever you're looking for feedback on from your customers.
Begin with broad and simple topics like product use and experience. Then move on to more in-depth questions. Use open-ended questions that begin with "why," "how," "where," and so on.
Listen intently and refrain from speaking for more than 25% of the interview time. Take notes and jot down quotes that stick with you. You may also document the interview in order to focus more on the content of the interview. After that, go over the transcripts and make suggestions for changes.
TIPS & T RICKS
- Your interview should be flexible enough to accommodate unexpected elements. However, make certain that you receive straightforward answers to your main questions.
- If you want to get genuine answers, don't ask leading questions.
